We would like to provide you with some updates regarding our
wedding on November 10th 2012 in Punta Cana, Dominican
Republic. We have decided to arrange all flights and hotel reservations with
Margaret Majcherczyk from Classic Travel.

invitados que van a viajar a la boda desde Santo Domingo, tenemos detalles que
nos gustaría compartir con ustedes con respecto a nuestra boda el 10 de
noviembre de 2012 en Puna Cana, Republica Dominicana. Hemos decido llevar a
cabo todos los vuelos y el hotel con Margaret Majcherczyk de Classic Travel. Le
pedimos que se comunique con nuestro agente de viajes primero y que no reserven
el hotel por su cuenta.
Thus far we have reserved seats on a non-stop flight departing
Newark Airport on November 8th and November 7th returning
on November 12th. We reserved flights from Newark as this is the lowest
air fare that we could find. However our travel agent will reserve your flight depending
on your preferred location or residency. Additionally we have reserved several room
categories at the Majestic Elegance hotel for you to choose from.
We request that you contact our travel agent first. She can
help you if you have airlines miles or if you are flying from a different
state. If you would like to stay shorter or longer than the above dates, she
will arrange this for you as well.
If we travel as a group, we will benefit from the group
discount. If you happened to find a cheaper rate somewhere else, please contact
Margaret, and she will try to match the price and apply it to the group.

Reserving
your flight and room requires that you put down a $150 deposit per person by May 26th and again our travel
agent will help you with the arrangement. $100 is for the airfare and $50 to
cover the hotel room per person/per child. By May 26th you will need
to inform our travel agent how many days you will be saying in Punta Cana,
Majestic Elegance and your preferred room category. Enclosed is the application
for deposit which is due on May 26th. Travel protection insurance is highly
recommended. Please inquire with agent regarding insurance costs.

those of you with children under 12, the hotel room fee has been reduced.

Please note that you need a Passport to travel to Punta Cana.
You should have your passport by July at the latest. Also, passports must be valid 6 months from your return date in
November from Punta Cana. Please double-check your passport
